Reviews and Ratings
During my stay, I found the hotel to be in a very good location, just a short walk from several shopping areas and markets, making it easy to explore. The room was spacious and clean, which was a big plus for me. However, I experienced some issues with the water temperature in the mornings, which was quite frustrating, and the noise from the street was noticeable. Overall, while there were some drawbacks, the location and room quality made my stay fairly pleasant.
The hotel was decent but had some major drawbacks. The room was spacious and clean, but very noisy due to street sounds and issues with hot water. While the location had plenty of restaurants nearby, the overall vibe of the area was not appealing. The staff wasn't very helpful, especially when it came to the hot water situation, and the price for tours felt outrageous compared to what you get.
I had a pleasant stay with comfortable rooms and a convenient location near entertainment and shopping. The breakfast buffet offered delicious Thai food, and the service was attentive and polite. However, the lack of in-room safes was a minor inconvenience, and I wish there were more dining options available within the hotel.
This hotel has a lot going for it, especially if you have kids. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the check-in process was quick. It’s conveniently located near Lee Garden, with plenty of food options available during the day, although finding dinner at night can be a bit more challenging. However, the tuk-tuk pricing feels a bit inflated, which could make getting around a hassle. Overall, it's a solid choice, especially for families traveling to Hat Yai.
I had a great time at this hotel. It's in a bustling area with plenty of nightlife, bars, and restaurants just a short walk away. The staff were really pleasant, though there was a bit of a communication barrier at times. The convenience of being near the train station was a huge plus. On the downside, there was only one English-speaking staff member available during certain hours, which made things a bit tricky outside of them. Overall, a solid stay with a great atmosphere and wonderful local experience.
